RETURN & REFUND POLICY All returns and exchanges are subject to the following guidelines: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in new condition. All items should be returned as they were shipped. There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable), such as an item not in its original condition, being damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. All orders are charged a non-refundable original shipping fee. •Return Window: Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. •Return Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. •Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
